My Eataly Experience

Reporting for 3W Magazine, I covered a fun segment on Eataly in New York. I spoke with various departments, where they gave me the inside scoop of what their role is and what it’s like to work at Eataly.

Did I mention that I got to watch fresh mozzarella be made into mozzarella balls?

The Cheesemonger talked about the various cheeses and meats that are imported from Italy. There’s also monthly classes that you can take.

The head baker also spoke to me about the process of bread making which involves ordering fresh flour every week. They are also responsible for putting bread on everyone’s plate at the restaurants in Eataly.
